Linkely is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect your information when you use our services. This notice explains our practices; reading it or using the service is not consent to optional tracking or marketing.
Information We Collect
We collect account and profile information you provide, such as your name, email address, public profile content, links, and appearance settings.
For Linkely analytics, we record profile views and link interactions together with a pseudonymous visitor identifier, referrer hostname, campaign parameters, coarse device/browser categories, and country, region, or city when our hosting provider supplies them. Linkely processes network information to secure and rate-limit requests, but the analytics ledger does not store raw IP addresses, full user-agent strings, or full referring URLs.
If you submit an email or contact form on a creator profile, we collect the fields shown on that form and your consent choice for delivery to that creator.

Legal Basis for Processing
We process your data based on the following legal grounds:
- Consent: For optional analytics, optional advertising, and requested marketing subscriptions. Sending a contact message or requesting a download is not marketing consent.
- Contract: When processing is necessary for service delivery.
- Legal Obligation: When required to comply with applicable laws.
- Legitimate Interest: For fraud prevention, security, and handling support requests, subject to applicable law and your rights.
How We Use Your Data
We use your data to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain our services
- Personalize and improve your experience
- Monitor and analyze platform usage
- Provide creators with aggregate traffic, campaign, location, device, and link-performance reports
- Deliver contact-form submissions to the profile owner and authorized team administrators
- Communicate with you (e.g., support, updates)
- Prevent fraud and ensure system security
- Comply with legal and regulatory duties
Information Sharing
We do not sell personal data for money. Optional advertising disclosures, including a creator-enabled Meta Pixel, may count as sharing or targeted advertising under some laws. You can reject advertising through Privacy choices; we also honor Global Privacy Control by disabling optional measurement.
We may share your information with:
We may share your information with:
- Service providers that operate hosting, email, authentication, databases and storage; our application uses Supabase for account and profile infrastructure and Stripe for paid subscriptions
- The creator whose form you submit and team members authorized to manage that creator's contacts
- Google Analytics only after analytics opt-in, and Meta Pixel only after advertising opt-in, on pages where those integrations are configured
- External services you choose to open; externally hosted images or fonts may also receive network information when your browser requests those resources
- Authorities when required by law or legal process
- Buyers or successors in case of a company acquisition
Data Security
We use industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
However, no system can be completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Cookies and Analytics Choices
Essential first-party storage supports authentication, security, and remembering your choices. Linkely's visitor identifier and interaction analytics are optional: they do not run without analytics opt-in. Google Analytics uses the analytics choice; Meta Pixel requires a separate advertising choice. Both are off by default. Global Privacy Control disables optional analytics and advertising.
Use Privacy choices on a marketing page or creator profile to accept, reject, or change optional categories. Choices apply separately to Linkely's own pages and each creator profile. Preference records and visitor-ID cookies last up to 180 days, with a new choice required when the preference expires. Declining does not prevent viewing links, contacting a creator, or requesting a download.
Withdrawal stops subsequent optional measurement and clears known accessible analytics cookies. Pages reload when necessary to stop previously loaded vendor scripts. It does not undo processing that occurred before withdrawal or remove cookies held on another company's domain. Providers handle information they already received under their own policies.

Your Rights and Requests
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, a portable copy, restriction of processing, objection, withdrawal of consent, or an appeal of a privacy-request decision. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. We do not require a paid plan or a new account to make a request.
Email info@linkely.io or visit Your privacy rights. Include the relevant account email or creator-profile URL. Do not send passwords or identity documents with your initial request. Proportionate verification and legal exceptions may apply.
Account settings provide profile editing, profile-content export, and account deletion. A profile-content export is not a complete personal-data access report. Requests concerning contact lists may need to be handled with the creator who collected the information.

Creators and Public Profiles
Linkely operates the service and handles account, billing, security, and platform data. Creators decide what to publish and why they collect messages, email updates, or download contacts. They are responsible for their own privacy information, lawful use, marketing, and responses to requests. Linkely provides infrastructure to process those submissions for them.
Public profile text, images, links and resources are visible to visitors and may be indexed or copied by search engines and others. Do not publish private or sensitive data. Contact submissions are delivered to the creator and authorized contact managers, not published on the public page.

International Processing
Linkely currently markets its service only in the United States. This is not a restriction on access from other countries and does not waive privacy rights that apply under other countries' laws.
Our infrastructure and service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Data-protection laws differ between locations. Contact info@linkely.io to ask where your information is processed and which contractual or other transfer safeguards apply to it. Optional analytics, advertising, and booking providers have their own processing locations and privacy policies.
This notice does not claim certification under an international transfer framework or the appointment of an EU/UK representative.
